The content of this class series on the fundamental teachings of the Kundalini yoga science. That doesn’t mean it’s a basic or beginner’s course by any means. It is about creating a container inside yourself that can house the Pranic energy generated by a strong and consistent practice. For that reason, it’s designed for any and all levels.

About the Lightning in a Bottle Sessions

In the spring of 2018, our team traveled to the central coast of California to the Lightning in a Bottle Music & Arts Festival. There Jai Dev taught 5 classes to over 500 people from all over the world. The result was something truly magical.
